Firewall bulkhead connectors - need ideas...

Molex NFG. Not designed for more than 8 to 10 connect/disconnect cyclys. not sealed. will coorode.

Weatherpac (Delphi) is best for automotive.

Those other brass split connectors are never used in Mil stuff.

Well I bit the bullet and bought a delphi 22 pin weatherpack connector. If I don't use all the sockets they make plugs for them to maintain the weather tight seal of this style connector. This is the same connector I showed in a link above at centech's site. I will make it work... and I got tired of searching. There are some very expensive mil-spec connectors out there but they are way overkill for an EB. Plus with this connector, I can carry one set of pins, sockets, seals and a crimper to fix all of the connectors on my rig should the need ever arise. Future expansion will also be easy.
