  • Trade built F100 off-road race truck for the right bronco

Looking at possibly trading my race truck (straight across) for the right early bronco.
I am interested in an early bronco built as a mild wheeler and ready to rock. Must be pretty nice.

1971 Ford F250 SWB – Street Legal Race Truck
-Big article spread in True Blue magazine with story behind the truck if you get that mag
-Caged bumper to bumper. Cab cage is 2” .120 DOM, bedcage and engine cage are 1.75” x .120 DOM.
-21” front wheel travel bumped and strapped with extended, bent, plated, and uniball’d J-beams. Beams are 1 ton 1” king pin beams. Plating is 4130 and TIG’d. Uniball at beam pivot and radius arm pivot. Autofab beam pivots. Swinger steering with 1.5” .250 DOM tube, ¾” heims, double sheared pitman arm and knuckels. Steering is set up to nearly eliminate bump steer. Steering box moved to front of frame, frame boxed/spacered.
-16” bumped and strapped travel in the rear (18” if you swap shocks) with 100% custom built Alcan leaf springs. 7” shackles. Dana 60 rear with 4.10 gears and posi. FOA 2.5 x16resi shocks.
-429 TJ engine with edelbrock streetmaster intake, Holley 500 carb (just rebuilt), 5” open air filter, hedman headers, MSD distributor (in box), DOVE-C heads. Dual Flowmaster’s
-Fully built ATO C6 transmission with a few hundred miles on it. Transmission alone is worth the asking price of the truck. Transmission is shifted manually with art-carr gate shifter. Two Derale transmission coolers mounted behind grill, two electric fans (one doesn’t work, other is making a noise… but I have NEVER needed to turn a fan on)
-High-Angle-Driveline custom driveshaft with driveshaft loop
-Autofab front fiberglass fenders, skinned bedsides and hood. All glass still on the truck. Baja Designs offroad lights on bumper. Amber light on bedcage.
Truck still has original black plates.
-6 35” BFG T/A project style tires and two other 35’s all on wheels, ready to go.
-Full set of autometer gauges, Lowarance baja 540C GPS, art-carr gate shifter, Beard and mastercraft racing seats, Crow 5 point harnesses, dash retains original look with cage cab dash tube/engine cage connections hidden under dash, Moroso switch panel + more switches to control lights, horn, gps, amber light, gauge lights, more lights
32 Gallon Fuel cell with foam, flapper valve, vent tube routed, and filter neck mounted.
-Brand new Red top optima with 3 year warranty
-windshield wipers modified to work around cage and work.

    -Ready to go!

I've seen you race VORRA, that's a nice truck.

        Thanks guys.

I have some great plans for it this off-season (winter), mainly cosmetic. It will only get nicer.
So i can trade for a nicer early bronco??
