After a couple of weeks on the market a gentlemen from Minn. flew out with his family to drive the 85' FJ60 home. After some thought my wife and I decided it would be best for me to get a commuter car and keep her and the kids in the big safe truck. I think we have narrowed it down to a 2012 Honda FIT. That bitch gets 40MPG! I see big savings for future Bronco parts.

Thanks POPS! I was already preparing myself for flack from you guys. Maga savings on fuel is what I'm after. In the end, I still have my Titan pickup and the Bronco for play time! Just bought a new FIT over the computer tonight and will be delivered sometime this week.Leave No One Behind

Re: Sold the Land Cruiser!!!
That was a cool cruiser for sure but I hear you on the gas bill thing. Been looking at the TDIs a little myself, can't quite see myself in a Fit but its a tool, gets you from point a to point b cheaply.
I'm burning $80-90/week in my pickup, don't even want to think about the Bronco's gas consumption if it were to get called into daily driver duty.1970 Bronco
