I finally got some cell phone pictures today and had a long talk with the owner... My offer was below his bottom line, I shared with him all the things that I saw that needed attention... He has $1200.00 in brake work in it alone and it has some better tires on it now... It was a one owner Ranch truck and his dog is what did in the interior...
