White Dana 20 Shifter Knob

I am looking for a White Shifter Knob for my tc (Dana 20). I have a nice white hurst shifter knob for my 3 speed, and want to know if anyone makes a matching one. I have the T-shift style tc

Any ideas? Thanks

BTW, I have seen some, but they are for the Jeep version of the Dana 20 (different shift pattern)
