  • A week on the Lost Coast.

Got home yesterday after a week in McKinleyville and Willow Creek. My number two son has an equipment sales and repair shop in Willow Creek. Found out I can still repair lawnmowers, chainsaws, weedeaters, generators, and more. Not fast enough though as he was two weeks behind when I got there and two weeks behind when I left. Constant stream of folks bringing in repairs and buying new equipment. No economic woes in the Emerald Triangle. The clientele was ever amusing.

Some great stories coming out of the shop's back room, eh?
Sounds like fun. And a good way to spend some good time with your son.
Even if he did put you to work!

Sounds like his shop should have a front room with a pot-bellied stove, candy and coffee machines, creaky wood floors and a water dispenser.
Just for cultivating some good local cures for the world's ailments.
