  • question about bronco frame??

If the middle of the frame is level (belly), does this mean your body should be level?? Making a body stand out of a old frame and wanted to make sure its level.

    Re: question about bronco frame??

I think the 4 rear body mounts should all be the same level...(2 on each side)...

Not sure if that's correct because the rear cross member is taller than the second body mount cross member.l

IIRC the rear horns are higher than the front and the middle flat part of the frame is level.

the rear four mounts are on the same plane, bed floor of the body. if those are level then the belly of the frame should also be level.

Just checked Justins frame in the garage on mock up for the last 3 years and the above statement is correct.

Not to pick this apart but the numbers at the back of the frame don't jive. It has the shackle mounts narrower than the frame width, but the shackle mounts are on the outside of the frame.

                        It's probably supposed to say 38 1/2"
