why do I need to refresh every time I hit the back button? (iPhone/Mac product)

When I check out a thread, then try to go back to the catagory it was in, all the recent threads are dated from 2 months ago. I then need to refresh the website to get the latest threads. Anyone else have this problem? It seems to happen on my iPhone and MacBook only. My older PC laptop didn't have this problem. Is it a website issue or iPhone/Mac setting?

I am having the same issue on my apple products as well as my windows laptop

I have the same issue on my iPhone and ipad. I just scroll to the top and tap the sub-forum that I want to be in.
