  • Looking for a Crank Pulley

Anyone done a serp swap have an old EB V belt crank pulley laying around? I tired pick n pull to no luck. Two or three groove is fine. The type with the lip that sits in the dampener is what I need. 6 1/8th diameter approx

Hey guys...Thanks. I did get one today though. Barring some issue when I install it, I think I should be fine.

        Thanks again though

            Install went okay.

The crank pulley I installed is actually 6-5/8ths diameter verse 6 1/8th like I believe stock is. But with the billet aluminum two groove water pump pulley I had the two pulleys cleared each other. With the stock two grove steel pulley the two pulleys were actually touching each other...just barely...after being installed.

By using the aluminum water pump pulley (which is about an 1/8th inch smaller in diameter) everything installed fine and lined up great. I believe this larger crank pulley is a mustang version...fyi. Anyway, it worked and solved the problem. The only question I have is this...does anyone think using this slightly larger crank pulley is an issue? Might turn things a bit faster...but it shouldn't be much.

            Thoughts?

No problem since it drives only assy's, might charge quicker now Glad it went ok!
