  • TSL/SX vs. Krawler

Just looking for a little advise from you guys on what I should go with.
I am currently upsizing from 33" LTB's and am considering the following:
    36x12.50 Super Swamper TSL/SX
    35x13.50 BFGoodrich Krawler
    11
    TSL/SX
    27.27%
    3
    Krawler
    72.73%

Hmm, 39 views and only 6 votes.
Apparently not very popular choices I have picked!
Seems like a lot of you guys have Iroks and MTR's...
I didn't really want those because I have seen quite a few
sidewall failures on them. Any suggestions?

I love my iroks. Sidewall failures? Never seen one on an Irok. Mine made it through Hammers at 4 psi...

I have been very happy with my MTR's too. I have only seen 1 sidewall failure on an MTR. A very large stick and a heavy foot were the problems. The only thing I don't like about them is that they don't deflate very well for snow runs. But they are only 33's. I plan on going to 35's when these wear out. I have had them for 4 years or so and they still have about half the tread left.

Iroks will be my next tire (no failures on the bias ply that I have heard of), running MTR's now (love 'em) but they wont wear out fast enough

To me, not wearing out fast enough means to hard of a compound, or not a heavy enough right foot. I bet my IROK's wear out fast. I really do like my irok's though. They are very sticky, and have impressed me in many different situations.
