  • Tube Door Install

    Got my tube doors installed.

Big thanks to Galen, Kyle and Mike for the help getting that done.

The final product came out fantastic.

Last step is final prep, some primer, and some paint.

Sure glad I kept all my old hinges. But now tempted to ditch the door inserts during summer but keep them for winter as my soft doors fit them.

Looks great, which T-handle latch did you end up using?

I thought the Poly pin had a shorter weldable shaft?? Isn't that why someone was looking to see if Grainger had longer ones? Maybe I'm confused...

Those seem like they work just fine

They were looking for a longer one but the poly one works.

                          Re: Tube Door Install

I got mine from Grainger, but the Poly pin and Grainger pin are the same size.
                          Probably the same manufacturer.

                          Going to paint them black.

The cover was for a different vehicle, used while I was on deployments.
That vehicle is gone now and the cover has found a new, better mission covering the Bronco.

My wife would like to park her car in the garage, but I have stood firm.
It's the only space of the house I still control.

I totally understand this. The garage is all I get, but I have stood firm on not having a pink bathroom.
