I believe this is Protofab tubular bumper with swing out tire carrier and 2" receiver. It was on my 66 with 2 inch body lift. I'm in Sacramento, but could help with delivery/pick-up.
It is a nice solid bumper and carrier in good shape except for the powder coat is chipped away in a big spot on the driver side just below where the stock license plate location is.
