WTB hood latch pin/spring assembily

I put on a new (used) hood and thought I could use the old hood pit latch, but it was rusted into the old hood. After breaking a screwdriver I switched to vise grips and then broke the captive nut off inside the hood. I have attached a picture from Wild Horses because I wasn't really sure what to call it. Now I am looking for a new one, does anyone have one in the Sacramento area?

I have one from the hood I'm cutting up right now. Your if you want it. In in Roseville.
