fold & tumble rear seat

I just took out the rear fold & tumble seat that came with my Bronco when I bought it. It's in 9 1/2 out of 10 condition. There is a tiny hole/scratch on the underside. I have both pivot mounting brkts & the rear hook loop. It's the one from WildHorse. They want $265 plus tax n shipping. I'll go $200 to your door.
