  • sad day.... time to let the FERD go.

Well kind of ruins my summer wheeling plans but I really need to thin the herd.

'77 F150 single cab short bed, under 35k miles on rebuilt 351M, 435/205, 3:50 gears, 4" lift (shackle flip rear, WH coils up front) most guys have seen the truck, it's pretty straight, few dings here and there.
It will come on a set of 33s (+/- 40%) and with a big box that has all the smog stuff I.e. 2bbl carb, vacuum lines etc etc.
    $1500

Truck is in Fresno right now...... but if someone is serious, I'll drive it up north.

My son is looking for his first truck, let me talk to him and get back to. Will it pass smog?

It should smog, someone just needs to spend the weekend running vacuum spagetti, switching out the 4bbl to the 2bbl w/ egr.

What? I was excited to see you rearrange all the sheet metal on the Dusy this summer. Now it will be an all Patrick show.

Seems like an extremely super good price! The body is pretty straight and it will take you anywhere you want. I say move it up to 2500 and drop from there on Craigs. I would think it would move fast.

            Sold.......

I figured if I smogged it, it only be worth 2000-2200max, so I dropped it to $1500 as is and am keeping my KM2s.
With the move to Clovis, I am gonna do my damndest to bring all my toys down ( boat, eb and mustang) I just dont have room for the ferd. It truly is a sad day when you sell something because you just dont have room.
I was super looking forward to bald in May and the dusy in August but it is what it is.

Bummer! I could have traded you a sweet cage for the truck. That would have been one thing for your bronco
