Re: Aero Tank and RJM EFI Harness

Can you give me some details on it? IE, who did the modification to it? What was modified? Is it new (sense the modification was done) Is it complete with O2 sensor harness? Do you have an ECM?

            RJM TYPE harness info:
I purchased one of brainstrange harnesses, i ended up buying another
Bronco that is EFI'd already so I no longer need this one.

Your 86-93 5.0 Mustang harnesses reworked (Mass air and Speed Density) for easy installation on your includes the following:
            1) Remove all wire loom and harness wrap from the 60 pin EEC harness
            2) Remove all the smog connections and extra wiring. (EGR Elim plug Req'd)
            3) Remove Air conditioning relays, air bag wires and all unused wires.
            4) Relocate O2 sensor branch connector to rear of the engine.
            5) Wire pin 30 based on your computer (Auto or Manual)
            6) Install relays as needed for your installation preference
            7) Position power and ground wires for your installation preference

When completed, the harness will pass through the passengers firewall, or can pass thru the center firewall if you have room for the slack. The O2 Harness connector will drop behind the engine, and all of the connections will be made on the drivers side firewall. The BAP\MAP sensor will be near the brake booster, and the coil will have enough room to position almost anywhere on the drivers side inner fender. The power and ground wires will be placed near the battery, and will need your fused connection. Before shipping Each circuit will be resistance tested to ensure all connections are good.

These will be your connections in addition to Battery and ground wires: (Drivers side Firewall)
            Tach wire
            12V+ during crank\start (Red\Blue)
12V+ Run (Red\Green) Powers distributer and triggers EEC relay
AC sensor - (only if running AC)
            Oil Pressure (Red\White)
            Water Temp (White\Red)
VSS + (from Pin 3 EEC) - only if running Mass Air
VSS - (from Pin 6 EEC) - only if running Mass Air
            Check engine (Pin 17)
            Fuel Pump power

It is the standard tank, the mounts are not attached so you can out it at the height you want based upon life. I did not purchase the skid plate...

Ok, sounds good. I've never heard of this company. Do they have a website? Do you also have an A9L or A9P ECM?

Re: Aero Tank and RJM EFI Harness

I started gathering the part to do an EFI conversion. I do not have a ECM. Their is one on CB in the non Bronco parts section.

Their is a guy on CB who fill convert your harness if you ship I to him. I bought this one from him already complete.

Let me know if you want to it, I would be happy to ship down to you.

                    Patrick,

Brainstrange is on Classic offering this rebuild service... He is located on the East Coast. Similar work to Sabas does on this Coast.

Maybe if a picture was posted of the harness, that would help with the Sale?

Can you post a picture of what you have? Like they say, a picture is worth a 1000 words. Thanks!

Thanks for the pictures. Is yours Mass Air or Sped Density? Did you have the smog and ERG deleted from yours?
