Re: Don't kill me, but........
Look for an L96 out of a Silverado. It’s an iron block 6.0L with LS3 square port heads. Most people are unaware of these motors.SOLD: 1975 Ford Bronco: 105" wheelbase, King 14" c/o shocks, King 2" air bumps w/ Duff arms, 4 link rear w/ coils. Fuel injected 408W, ZF 5 speed/Atlas II(4.3) and Dana 60/70 axles with 5.13 gears and ARB's, 41.5/13.5R17 Pitbull Rockers on 17" Raceline Monsters.

Re: Don't kill me, but........
An LSA supercharger off a CTS-V will bolt right on. Is 700hp too much for a rockcrawler?SOLD: 1975 Ford Bronco: 105" wheelbase, King 14" c/o shocks, King 2" air bumps w/ Duff arms, 4 link rear w/ coils. Yeah, somewhere around 08-10 all the way to present. Mine came out of a UPS delivery van. That’s what Brown can do for me!SOLD: 1975 Ford Bronco: 105" wheelbase, King 14" c/o shocks, King 2" air bumps w/ Duff arms, 4 link rear w/ coils. Re: Don't kill me, but........
What do you guys know about the engine out of an 2005 Silverado SS? It's a Vortec 6.0 LQ9 with aluminum heads. Comes with a 4L65 transmission instead of the 4L60. Any pitfalls with this engine that might bite me in the a$$?

Re: Don't kill me, but........
They have cathedral port heads but no, they’re great engines from what I hear. I think if you swap heads from a corvette the compression is supposed to go way up.SOLD: 1975 Ford Bronco: 105" wheelbase, King 14" c/o shocks, King 2" air bumps w/ Duff arms, 4 link rear w/ coils. Re: Don't kill me, but........
The guys on Powerblock are always talking about http://150tunes.com. I’ve never used them but haven’t heard anything bad. You can also get simplified harnesses and even install kits that have all new factory parts from Summit or Jegs.SOLD: 1975 Ford Bronco: 105" wheelbase, King 14" c/o shocks, King 2" air bumps w/ Duff arms, 4 link rear w/ coils.
