I need the air injection tube that goes from the air pump to the cat off a Late model Mustang 87 - 93, I figured most of you guys probably toss those things, but maybe someone has one...

uhhhh.... I have no idea what that looks like but I have pretty much all the parts I took off my 89 5.0, maybe you can let me know a description and I can take a look.

Well, I do not have a picture but... Two discharge hoses out of the air injection pump on the Pass side of the motor, upper one went to the air injection tube attached to the back of the heads...
Lower one had a crimped on check valve and the tube went down to the cats, split in two, one to each cat. On an unmolested motor that still had the lifting brackets on the stock headers, the injection tube had a small "L" bracket that mounted to the lifting bracket... Hope that is a enough...
Thx, Doug

Ohhh I know what you are talking about. When I get home from work I will dig through my pile of mustang stuff and make sure I still have it. I believe I do even with the air pump.

It will be tough to get those pipes up to the fittings, firewall clearance. I was worried about clearance when I hacked the ends and welded them shut..... Fit though

I know what your talking about too. My donor mustang carcass went away last Saturday, but I'll check my pile as well. If this is the one I'm thinking of, it was like an inch in diameter. It may be possible to fab something up too.

Thanks everyone for looking... I did this before on my 75 EB, so I have some experience in making things fit... I basically need a down pipe section and can fab up what I need from there...

Throw a few bucks my way for shipping. I dont know how much it will be, I will grab it and bring it down to work tomorrow and go to the post office. Can't be hardly anything. Unless you are coming up my way anytime soon.

No road trips planned to God's country in the near future... Tell me an address for snail mail or paypal and I can send some $$ your way. Thanks.
