I have a reclining backseat with headrests that came with my bronco when I bought it. I have replaced with a stock one and need this out of my garage. It is blue, has no tears or rips, has mounts and needs to be cleaned a little but the best thing is that it reclines to completely flat. I used to lay it out flat and put all my camping gear and spare tire right on top of it. I have no idea what it is from and I really cant find any logos or markings. I would guess a minivan or something.
