What do you recommend 1.5" or 2" I currently don't have full turning radius, my tread lugs dig into my radius arms

Depends on your wheels and tires. What are the spECS?

33's 5-5.5 with standard backspacing they rub because the tires are 12.5 wide

There's no such thing as "Standard" Backspacing unless you are talking about the stock rims.

        My spacers are 2"
        Rim spec:
        3.5Lift
        2"bl
8" with weld on beadlocks (9" really)
        3.5 BS
        37x12.5 tire

You'de probably be happier with the 1.5"
