9 inch pinion seal

is it a good idea to replace the crush sleeve or is it re-usable? I've never really done anything with the 9 inch

I reused mine, I pounded it back out over the end of the vice. For what they cost, it would be wise to get a new one, since you need to buy a seal anyways. I was in a pinch, where I needed it now. But I have low horsepower and a shamefully low crawl ratio, so I don't think I would've been able to hurt it. Since then I've gone to a solid spacer.
