Eec iv cylinder balance test question

On the cylinder balance test when it says #2 not contributing is that cylinder #2 or #2 in the firing order? I guess I can induce a fault to verify.

Cylinder #2 it is.

1970, Exploder 5.0 with P heads, EEC-IV EDIS, lots of wiring.
