So I was at the sporting goods store the other day, and saw this fancy insulated cup holder for beach cruisers, and thought to myself, that would be nice to have in the scout. But, Im a dumbass and cheap, so I figured I could make my own.
Take one 2 dollar coffee can from walmart (wife was happy to have the grounds for gardening)
Some insulation i had lying around (foam with a fabric backing) and cut a strip of it off.
Drill hole, mount can, and put insulation inside. Then place your most favorite beverage inside, and voila.....a super cheap insulated cup holder. The insulation can be removed for larger bottles and cantines
