I used one like this http://m.ebay.com/itm/390445269913
I found one in town when in a pinch from Napa and it's still going good. Also the green stripe fates hose works great

The GTO application works but I found that it sat too close to the power steering pully, this is how I did it>

              Re: 5.0 radiator hose help

I used the GTO hose. I cut approx. 6'' off the rad end and routed it above the same p/s pulley you have. I made a 90*, 1'' wide, 1/8'' thick, 2x2 1/2'' (approx) bracket that bolted to the pump bracket directly over the pulley to hold the hose off the pulley. I drilled a hole in the aluminum bracket above the pulley and used 1/4'' fasteners to attach the 2'' portion of the 90*. The 2 1/2'' portion went under the hose to keep it off the pulley. I left just enough gap to remove the belt. When the hose is in place you can barely see the bracket. Lower hose I used a Superduty 7.3 lower hose, but you have to cut it near the radiator and use a connection piece to rotate that end to get it to work. Sorry I don't have a pic.
