I dont think any mods are needed. Trying to find a PS box myself to put in my 69.

Due to the size of the PS box, you will need to shorted your steering shaft. The power box also has a different size input shaft, so you can't re-use the stock bell connection for the manual box. Other than that, the box bolts right in and the pitman arm bolts right up. Some people have had to notch the core support to get the box to fit as well.
