  • Free Tires

I get a call a few weeks ago from Bret Preble President of Friends Of Fordyce informing me that I won the grand prize in their drawing at the Sierra Trek which is a set of BFG tires > I was soon in contact with the rep and he was able to score me any set of tires up to 40". The question now is what size rim would be best to run with that size tire? 17", 18" or 20" I'm leaning toward 17" since they seem to be more common. Feed back is always appreciated. Thanks,

    Ken

I wonder how much cutting I will have to do to make them fit?

Make sure you find some 17" wheels with the right back space before you jump on the order. I couldnt find what I wanted for the price willing to pay and ended up having to run spacers behind the wheels.

            Nice score on the tires!
