  • Stak to D20 adapter

I have my stuff all apart and checked to see if the D20 adapter would bolt up to the Stak. I was told it did but it does not look like it. Can anyone confirm this? here is a pic of the way mine is. Am I missing something?

Their website says that there is a Novak adapter that goes on the back of the NP 435. I'm not sure how different it is than what you have.

The adapter is fine where it bolts to the tranny. Mine won't bolt to the Stak. Looking at WH site, I wonder what my adapter is for. WH has one on their site that has a recessed groove where mine is raised where it meets the tcase. is the 6 cyl bronco adapter different than a 8 cyl?

looking around some more it looks like I do have the 6 cyl adapter. I know I got a different one a long time ago when I got the NP435 kit. Anyone have an adapter??

Ken said my adapter ring is for an auto tranny. He is going to send me the right one and I will send this one back. a year after I bought it too. That is good service!!!!!

had the same problem with mine, the pattern was correct but the bore size was too small to fit over the lip. just because im impatient i pulled the adapter ring off and threw it in the lathe and they sent me a new seal
