i found a trac lock in sac last weekend. i was thinking i would run it my front end by just changing the side gears but i am having trouble figuring out if it is even possible to change the side gears. Any help would be appreciated
    thanks

You will need to remove the pin and pull all that crap out.

You can buy a rebuild kit that comes with side gears, spider gears and a clutch pack pretty reasonable.Dave

thanks guys! The better option is to buy a LB locker for the front. I was just trying to put something together junkyard style but for 300 i might as well put in a full locker.
        thanks

            Re: dana 60 side gears

I read your posts/everyone elses, it seems like a great option. The only problem now is I need to get rid of a trac-lock for a dana 60.
            thanks
