doors wont open now

so I just replaced the door handles, now when I lock the doors, then unlock them.. they wont open back up. whats going on?

Not sure how to fix it but I had the same problem. I ended up reusing the hardware (guts) from my original handles and used the shiny chrome from the new ones.

handle not puuling the rod far enough? there is an adjustment on the handle rod, near the latch end. mine did the same and i had to adjust both sides.

not the rod, it had something to do with the lock mechanism in the door, but cant figure it out. Its on both doors

Mine started doing that one day all on its own and within a week the passenger side started too. I spent a week crawling out until I replaced the guts of the latch. Havent had a problem since.
