Door glass install

I'm in the middle of putting my doors together which includes all new weather stripping. I have attempted to install my widow glass and am having a difficult time getting the wingwindow assy in while the door glass is in. So I remove the wing window assy and then have a can't get the door glass in when the wingwindow assy is in. I must be making this more difficult than it is. How is this done? Any help would be greatly appreciated...

Put glass in first but without lower bumper and with side track undone. Then put vent in. Then put side welting in then put glass on track and put bottom bumper on then attach side tracks.

Thank you. I seem to remember it coming apart pretty fast and easy. I appreciate the quick response.
