  • Rubicon Day Trip Run Saturday?

Going up with a few friends for a little day trip run on Saturday. Anyone want to come up for a little fun? We are meeting in Auburn about 7 Am and cruising up. Hopefully I get to see some of you up there.

Who knows it might be the first snow run? Haha!

Supposed to be sunny friday and saturday. So hopefully is should be dry enough that its not muddy. I am planning on heading back down around 5ish.

Its gonna be a great time! Probably the last trip that will happen up to the Con without tons of snow.

Trail should be in GREAT condition.. The rain cleaned all the dirt off the rocks and the weather should be perfect.. I dont think you will have any mud it is too dry up there.. ground soaks it all in... I wish i didnt have plans on Sat..

Yeah and that far isn't too bad in an open Bronco when the weather is nicer and I'm going for more than a few hours... I really need to decide on a top, soft top or fix up the hard top, that is the question.

Last night in the storm, a tree fell on one of my dad's military Jeeps. Little does he know, I happen to have a WWII Willys on the trailer in my yard. We're giving it to him as a surprise b-day present this weekend.

What a beautiful day it was on the Con! Just got back a little while ago. Saw one bronco from a club called Peninsula Crawlers he had a 77. Anyways it was a virgin run for my bronco, the first rock crawling. It did amazing....I know I know "where are the pictures?" I am waiting for the camera girl to send me all of them. Hopefully tomorrow.

I know...I have been asking this chick for the pictures since I got back since I havent even seen them. All she told me was there are a few really good ones of mine flexed out.

I guess I can't complain too much since I broke my camera.

                        ....There coming...

Not too bad for her maiden voyage! Might take a day trip to Foredice on Sunday. We will see...
