Truck goes in for tires, visa card is in hand. Bronco is ready as can be but not as good prepared as I would like.

Just got to do the oil change and air filter before cleaning out the Dodge for a clean comfy drive despite all this wet snow coming down between here and SLC I hear..... fawk!

Question I do have is, my bronco never came with any skid plates other than the thin thing they called one under the gas tank. Will I be ok with out some or should I try to fab up something at least under the Tcase?

Only skid plate I have is under the t-case. My tank is in the bed though. If you can do something quick then I would, but I'm not sure I ever hit it in Moab.
Ten day forcast in Moab is rain showers and 62 Saturday. Then it is supposed to just get nicer as the week goes on. 80's by the time we leave.
All that is left for me is to pack my clothes and camping gear.

I have a mesh top on which didnt too bad during a wet snow storm today but would be helpful to have an extra tarp at the beginning.

Tires on the tow rig go on Thursday!

All comes down to my bud, but I am still looking forward to goin solo if need be. Which he was more lookin forward to this than I was!

NICE! Don't look to the left on your way up the trail.

Ok, I'm trying to put up a couple pics, internet worse than intermittent, worked 5 minutes at a time, once every other day at the camp, we are in a hotel now, getting ready to head back west. My laptop has recently been wiped and re-installed with windows, so I can't re-size pictures, if they don't post, that's why, this is monday, Moab Rim, Chris in the Bronco II needed a little pull to keep upright going over this obstacle, and Dave, with the half-cab, broke a driveshaft at the double-cardan.
