Nice. It was back in '06-07 when I was doing my SAS that I heard about the leaks from other Explorer dudes. Poly is a great company to deal with in my opinion. I know they get a lot of my OT checks!
The F100 box hung low and I was afraid of hitting it or ripping it off the frame. The F100 Box was great and it held up over the past 4 years.
Plus my stock tie rod was bent, So I might as well raise it and make it bigger.

Looks good. I'm sure you already know this but retorque those u bolts often for the next few months because they will loosen. Especially when you start flexing it up on the trail.
I have the same leafs.. I put less than 100 miles on them so far,,,, but i like them.... Damn are you copying me???? Next will be BC quarters and upper guards????? I better buy more shit.
Johnney at WH talked me into the u bolts. It was cheaper to buy them then to not.
I'm still running 3.5 in the front. 4.5 in the back so I can haul firewood and wheel at the same time. Btw you fawkers better be bringing wood to the con this year. Even if you have to stop at pollock pines safeway. Right now it sits high but it will settle
My old 3.5's were bent because I sheared off my leaf spring pin. Now I know where my axle wrap came from.
